The Ceremony

Woo to being seventeen ! Woo to life! Woo to endings! The countdown had began. The next hour and a half was spent laughing, crying, dancing, singing - to life as a seventeen year old. I 've included some pictures taken of the event. Enjoy as you wish but dont spend your time looking into any certain part of it- If there was meaning to half the things in life - my life would be a lot shorter.

I'm currently sitting on my floor dressed in a superman cape with purple glitter on my face and a giraffe head over my hair. But dont worry, i dont stick out as bad as you might think. To my left is a blue bucket adorned with various number of ribbion strands-centered in a circle of tea candles (7 to be exact). A chocolate cake, box of cornflakes, carrots, yogurt and a tub of whipped cream are set waiting in the cornor. Yup, you guessed it. 17 For One More Hour -Going Out Big.

This has been a very exciting and beautiful time of my life. I would say the best, but I dont want to cheat future adventures out of anything. Lets just say I've learned alot this year. -
To Love, Live, and Grow. No matter how old you are or how many things you have to do you can always have a good time. Never fear to dance. Friends make the days worthwhile. Dont stress the thins you dont have to - there not much you do. Be honest. Be Loyal. Write to your pen pals. Be true. Show people you love them. Be honest about your feelings. It saves a lot of time and a lot of broken hearts. Believe in Love. Never settle for less. Boys come and go, Friends stick around to clean up. Dormie meetings ARE the most healthy things in a young girl's life. You can never fall too many times to not be able to get back up. Try. Pray always. Remember. You are a child of God-Jesus Christ loves you-scriptures testify. Food is overated. You can accomplish your goals. Never underestimate the power of an idea and a passionate dreamer behind it. Stay up late. Wake up Early. Dont shower right after you run. Live healthy. Dont talk to long when its long distance. Save-its better than nothing. seriously. Savor moments but let go freely - believe that there are better things to come. Sisters love you. You choose to grow. Sing Loud- Shout often- Drive with the windows down. Its all about Stromboli. You dont have to look good to be beautiful. When you're mad at someone, remember that you're not perfect either. Service-its the key to happiness. love will hit you when you least expect it. Never generalize relationships, respect the individual enough to look at each one seperatly. Sometime its alright to be wrong. Its easier to start burping than to stop. To stop dissappointing people requires you to - stop living. which do you choose? If you're tired today, you'll be more tired tomorrow.

candles. bubbles. poprocks. notice the circle of completness and the wish bucket in the center. I rocked out to Tim Mcgraw's Seventeen til midnight then lit the eighth candle. There was never an aim to make this un-corny.
I was also told i to include my technical crew who helped out with pictures and imput here and there: Ruthie camera man Jeremey cameraman helper- they tried the cake too.
